What sort of program is setupEM4081.exe and why does my free email
site try to download it to my computer?

Try a search on your computer to see
where this spam is at and delete it
or go to start /Run type in regedit
and see if there is a folder in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
from errorguard, and delete it.
