I need a real contact phone number which will allow me to talk to the
owner of emsc.com.  I am interested in buying the URL and have not had
any luck with the whois contact information or the "contact us" link
on the bottom of their website.

Kong, according to their whois record.

Have you tried calling this number?  If so, what happened?

Yes - I called the number twice and left a message - no response.  I
also sent email to the contact us located at the bottom of their
website, several times with no response.  I do not know of any other
way to get ahold of the owner of the website.  Looking for someone who
has the expertise to get me talking to the owner.  Thank you very much
