When commercial property is bought and sold in Canada what are the

Do you have in mind a particular province?

Thanks,

Mostly the Toronto area/Ontario. But in general would like to know
about Canada in general, especially if the process is very different
from province to province. But a specfic example in Ontario would be
fine. I should specify that I am interested in commerical real estate
(malls, wharehouse, retail.

For example. If I knew a mall located a x location. Could I find the
last time it changed hands and at what price or what was it's tax
appraisal value....anything that could give me insight into what the
property could be worth.
