Hi kittykatnohome!!

As peacerules-ga said, nets.exe is an executable file related to the
Chonker Trojan:
http://www.megasecurity.org/trojans/c/chonker/Chonker.html

See also "Remove Chonker Trojan, removal instructions"
http://www.2-spyware.com/remove-chonker-trojan.html

What I suggest you to do is the following:
Scan online your computer for virus and/or trojans, use one of the
following free services, preferably the first one (Trend Micro):

"Trend Micro - Free online virus Scan":
Just scan and follow the instructions.
http://housecall-beta.trendmicro.com/en/start_corp.asp?id=scan

"GFI - Free online Trojan scanner", an online tool dedicated to detect
trojans in your computer:
http://www.trojanscan.com/

If the above procedure fails, proceed with the manual removal:
Using the Task Manager kill the process 'nets.exe'.
Then delete the 'nets.exe' file located at the C:\Windows folder (or
the folfer where you have installed Windows).
Then go to Start menu --> Run --> Regedit --> go to the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\ and
delete all the references to the 'nets.exe' file to prevent an attemp
to run at startup.
Go to Start menu --> Run --> msconfig --> Start Up tab --> uncheck all
the references to the 'nets.exe' file and any other suspicious program
or file checked. do not hesitate to ask via the clarification feature
if you have queries about what to delete.

At this point the trojan would must be removed from your computer. If
not use the clarification feature to notify me about that and I will
give you assistance in the use of more advanced tools and techniques
to remove this pest from your computer.

Best regards.

Hello,

The "nets.exe" file is a trojan related to the "Chonker Trojan." It's
a very nasty form of spyware that can give the hacker partial control
of your computer. The hacker can log your keystrokes, steal your
passwords, and remotely control your computer. You can remove
"nets.exe" at http://www.antispywarehelp.info

Hope this helps.
