I am looking for at least three different complete business plans for
Diagnostic Imaging Centers in the U.S.. The plans should be no more
then 3 years old and for permanent centers in the United States. The
business plans should be for stand-alone centers, not centers that are
in hospitals, and the plan should not be for a radiology practice.
The plans can be a Word file, a pdf, a hard copy, or a link to a site.
The location of the city where the proposed center is located is
important, but any other identifying information within the plan can
be deleted if necessary. The modality (PET,MRI, CT, etc.) is not
important to me. I am trying to increase my knowledge about the
industry and I thought taking a look at a few business plans would
help. (I want the info for business reasons, and also because I am a
judge at an upcoming MBA Business plan competition.) Obviously, plans
for centers that were actually built and that are profitable would be
beneficial but I am really just looking for any business plans for
stand alone centers. Siemens, GE, Phillips, and Toshiba are
manufacturers of the imaging equipment that goes in these centers so
that might be a useful place to start. There are also numerous
consultants out there who advise these companies so that may be an
avenue as well.

This is my first time on Google Answers so I am not sure if my
proposed fee is appropriate. If the question is clear enough and
interesting enough to warrant a search, but the price is too low, I
would appreciate some feedback.
