Looking for a solution / programmer / consultant that can help put
together an ecommerce site with following key features:
1. Online proofing utility for high res images
2. Image storage and management
3. Secure FTP with notification emails.
4. Client account setup
5. Client control panel with global variables
6. Utility for client to create sub-accounts that can view folders
according to permissions.

Would like a propposal that includes tha above, however the option to
break down and choose some of the services to start with. This is a 3
person company now willing to offer the above over the net to gain new
business.

Willing to work with consultants that can offer excellent 3rd part
utilities, integration, etc. Not necessarily looking to re-invent the
wheel as all of the requested services do exist on a larger scale.

sure what you mean by online proofing?   bit more info on #5 too

Net have free PHP scripts for uploading and mangments of images, yet
its not with all the other things you are looking for.

best thing to do would be have someone programin you a custom web
application or web script.

A hosted utility as follows:
1. Enable user to select or load(ftp) high res tiff files in full screen.
2. User can zoom in-out anywhere..
3. User has comenting tools such as call out boxes for text comments,
pen tools, etc.
4. User comments are saved to a text file
5. email notification upon finishing session with summary, etc.

Above tied into a hosted app running on a server.
