After finding boric acid (which may be found almost anywhere), I have found that an equal mixture of 1 part boric acid, 1 part sugar, and one part corn meal, about one teaspoon in a jar lid, and placed behind the fridge, in cabinets, behind the stove, in closets, and anywhere else you can think of...will work wonders to rid your house of those nasty pests. I understand that some roaches like sweet, and some salty, so they eat the sugar or the corn meal covered with the boric acid, and then go off to die, and in the process, carry the poison back to the nest, therefore, killing others. I hope this is helpful info. It's a lot cheaper than buying pre-made remedies. Good luck! |
