To understand me the right way. I am skinny, but i want to write a
spezial Report about this spezial materials, that, without them your
body can not loss weight or lose weight, but very slowly. For example:
Vitamin C is so imortant for losing weight, so that when you got to
few Vitamin C in you body you lose much slower than with much Vitamin
C.

So i want to know more of this facts!

Long-term weight loss is not about adding "vital materials" to your
diet. Weight loss is achieved by consuming fewer calories than you
burn. There is no magical substance which compels weight loss.
