and,specifically, about Col. Marquis Bernard A. de Bourbon de

The Marquis is presently in Cannes, France, where he has stated he is
buying a house worth about $6.7 million (and other even more expensive
investments in Cap Ferrat and Paris), and keeps promising documents
and arrival of funds to close the deal, neither of which have appeared
after numerous promises, delays and excuses. An "ambassador at large
for Borneo" (!) is said to control the funds which are now said to be
blocked in Switzerland by "the Americans". Urgently need to know what
info others may have about this individual.
