Oh, what a tangle web we weave.

This isn't an easy nut to crack, as the company seems -- how shall I
say it -- somewhat obscure as well as opaque.

I've come up with three names thus far, but I'm not sure what role (if
any) they play in the company.  I've also come up with a related
company name.

Can you tell me how/where you came across their name and address
information -- it would be a help in focusing my research.

I have previously received newletters from this company.  Their
address is what I listed in my question.  Their web site is
onewallstreet.net which also shows a toll free telephone number.  I
have been unable to locate who is in upper level management or members
of the company or upper level executives.

One Wall Street, Inc could possibly be incorporated in any state and
doing business with a New York address.
You found the name Donte Jarvis. This is a name that I believe I have
heard, however, I was hoping to come with the name of some people
further up in the company.
