I am trying to find the name of a song that I believe is relatively
new (within the last 6 months or so).  The chorus is something like:

"there's gonna be some changes, some changes made"

I am pretty sure that this is not part of the title.  I can't find a
site that I can find the name of the song based on these lyrics.  If
you know of a site that does this that would be helpful too.

Can you please tell me the name of the song & the artist?

No, that is not the song I am referring to.  The song has a more
upbeat & younger feel to it.  It's not a sad song, it's kind of
"peppy".

I'd encourage you to listen to the Bruce Hornsby song snippet from his
"Halcyon Days" album here at Amazon.com, as I'm pretty sure that
Pinkfreud has found your song.  Despite the rather downbeat lyrics,
the melody of Hornsby's  song IS upbeat:
