How many 3/4ton 4x4 suburbans were made in the US each year, from 2000 to 2005

While I can't give you an exact number on how many were built, I do
know that the 3/4 Suburban was only available by special order or for
fleet operations after the 2000 model year.  I know this only because
I have been a Chevy Salesman since the 2000 model year.  The 3/4 ton
Suburban is a rare breed!
