In squash....
A hits the ball, B is in the line of fire, so half way to the wall the
ball hits B. Who wins that? Or is it re-served? And does it matter if
either could see the ball?

A runs to hit the ball, but B is standing in the way en route, not
intentionally, so A cannot reach the ball. Who wins that? Or is it
re-served?

A runs to hit the ball, B is standing near where A is going to hit the
ball, so A hits B with racket, or they clash rackets, so A cannot hit
the ball. Who wins that? Or is it re-served?
