Taxation system Banking system Types of Business entities Labor laws(for hiring, firing, contracting staff) Consumer laws Government Regulation Import/Export tariffs Trade Associations Foreign Direct investment Housing Health Care Retirement/Social Program Wether there are contractual obligations assigned to non-native business doing business in Russia I understand it is a multipart question, but the answers are quite easy to find. If it is too much, let me know what the price should be. Thanks | |

Regarding the last part of your question - "Wether there are contractual obligations assigned to non-native business doing business in Russia" - I can only say Russia is a dangerous country for non-natives to do business in. Many westerners have been killed in the past ten years, so the most important thing is heavy security. I don't know if it pertains to your question so much but an excellent book about life in Post-Soviet Russia is 'Black Earth - A Journey Through Russia After the Fall' by Andrew Meier. |
