Besides Sarbanes Oxley, besides Securities Act of 1933 and 1934, and
besides Corporate Charters:  what were the 4 largest remaining US
accounting laws (or laws that had the biggest impact on accounting) to
be established over the past 125 years?  What historical events
happened in the US that caused these laws to be established?  How have
these laws been effective?

Only in regards to businesses.  The only accounting laws I am looking
for is accounting laws that have changed business accounting.
