As of now, all I've spotted online is a German version, but with no
information on the publisher or translator. Perhaps there is a lot
more that is not mentioned online.

The material we are looking for is mainly out of print...
This makes the task more difficult...
We have already discovered German, French, Japanese, Brazilian,
Italian, Latvian, Russian versions....But we're trying to compile a
list of all nonEnglish versions of this book, and we believe there are
others to be unearthed. Such as Scandinavian versions.

I won't disbelieve your saying that there are other translations, but
I will admit they will be difficult to find, if one depends on only
online resources. If I can't find them, perhaps another researcher
will have better luck.
