I can get a list of all my potential customers in a city I need to
find the the best location for a retail store that is closest to the
majority of them.

Is there a software or service for doing this?

Thanks maluca for your response. Yes the Real-estate agent can help
but I have a list of customers that runs in 3000+ spread across entire
town. I need to tell the realtor that I am interested in property near
this location. I want this software of service to accept this list and
help find "that" location.

I don't expect the real estate agent to look at my list of customers
and tell me what is the best location.

Best source would be a Commercial Real Estate Broker who specializes
in retail. Go to the general area your considering and get the names
off stores for lease. They will be able to help if your serious and
financially qualified.
