What are the most used fundraising companies by schools and school
programs? Details below:

I want the names of the top 10 fundraising companies that schools and
PTAs use in the nation. I want it current from 2004 or 2005.  I want
it also in percentages example: "67% of all schools in the nation use
Fundraising.com to raise money for their school. 22% of all schools in
the nation use Allstar Fundraising." Two part questions what are the
most used items to sell that bring in the most money, top 20. example
cookie dough, magazines. I searched all day yesterday if you could
give me a tip on how to search that would be fantastic.   Thank you
