How can I make a self extracting Zip-file (*.exe) from a ms-access

The easiest way is with an ActiveX control.  Here is one example:

[ http://www.chilkatsoft.com/zip-activex.asp ]

I'm sure there are plenty more ActiveX controls that can zip files. 
This was just the first I found.

If you are not confident in your programming skills, you'll want to
pick one that has really thorough documentation and lots of sample
code.  Also, try to find one that has a trial period so you can make
sure to get it working before you have to pay for it.

I have already seen this Activex Control from chilkatsoft - but it is
too expensive. Thank you for your comment.
