Does anyone have experience in obtaining a NOC from Govt of
Kazakhstan, under the FSA (Freedom Support act) exchange program ?
This is the first step for my friend in US who is trying to change her
status from J1. Any details and help would be greatly appreciated.
Since this is my first post, I am willing to set a higher price, based
on the responses I receieve. Thanks!

My friend is in the US on the FSA program and through J1. By getting
an NOC, she can go ahead and apply for a residency in the States,
without the need to go back to Kazakhstan. I am looking only for
specific cases of NOC from Kazakshtan. I am well informed about the
whole process. So I would appreciate if the answers can be direct and
pertinent.
