You have to request to Namespace Inc. to get it. Generally it is not
provided easily.

It takes $50,000 USD (it may have gone up since I last looked) to
accomplish this through ICANN. However, there are registrars (enom
being the one best known for this) who offer "reseller" accounts where
you can interface with their API and buy names through them and offer
your own branding and interface.
