Can injections  (.5cc dexamethasone & .5cc 4%  alcohol)  cause atrial
fibulation in someone prone to that condition?

The prescribing information for dexamethasone does list cardiac
arrhythmia as a potential side effect, probably due to the possibility
of electrolyte imbalance that can occur with corticosteroid use.
