On Tuesday March 12th I ordered throug US AIR SHUTTLE A ELITE LIMO
USING US AIR KIOSK AUTOMATIC MACHINE.  THE PLANE ARRIVED AT 9:20 and
at 9:45 I left for the Warwick Hotel.
 
I had a cellphone with me which is a Motorola model startak which has
all my numbers on it - I have offered the driver $100 and do not think
he was told there is a reward. I have also promised to pay the fare to
bring the phonme back to the Warwick.  54th between 5th and 6th
 
I was left off at the WArwick at 10:45 PM on March 15th.
Please check the back of the car; the floor and under the seat.
There is also a $50 reward to the company in helping

March the 12th was a Saturday in North America...not a Tuesday...

I would guess you have tried this already but just in case you didn't,
call the phone. If someone answers you can offer them the reward
directly, try sending it as a text message as well. You never know,
sometimes it's the simple solutions that work fairly well.
