I suspect you're going to have to offer more than $30 for this one...
manually clicking through the S&P and Moody's websites will take
forever.

Even with a Bloomberg terminal (including the Excel API), there's no
quick way to get HISTORICAL ratings with the dates of rating changes.

think you better make that question about $200 and the tip another
$200, probably more like $5,000.
