Is there any way to search and find the names and address and/or phone
number of people by their age.
Ex. Names and addresses of all people born in 1955 living in miami florida

Yes, this can be done through private mailing list services...but there's a catch. 

I checked one such service, and there are 7,205 people in Miami who
are 49 years old (i.e. born around 1955).

The list can be made larger by adding an age range, e.g. 49-51 years old.

Alternatively, it can be made much smaller by being more selective --
choosing gender, ethnicity, religion, income range, etc.

The catch to all this is that the list of 7,205 people would cost $756
to purchase.  In general, the lists go for about 10-15 cents per
listing.  A smaller list, obviously, would be less expensive.
