It's likely that this is just spam from a commercial chat site. These
sites may send out millions of solicitations to email lists that they
have purchased, so there's no need to assume that they are
specifically targeting you.

Unless you're interested in paying to chat online with strangers, I
suggest that you delete emails like this one.

Reading al the heasder lines of an email helps to determine the origin.
The lines starting "Received" are particulatly important.  You can get
programs to help read them - check out anti-spamsites.
