What do you mean by "top-ranked"?  Most Advisors?  Largest account
size per advisor?  Something else?

For your situation a small, unranked firm with someone who knows the
local real estate market may serve you better than a large firm.

That being said, I don't have any specific suggestions.  But maybe you
can clarify the question a bit more.  Picking an advisor is a very
personal matter, but don't just go by relationship alone.  Make sure
he or she follows a specific process he can explain to you and that
you understand.  Too often I hear people say they love their advisor
but can't explain why they feel they are so great.
