Is it legal to sell soda on the internet?
For example I would like to sell moxie on the net for people in the
west that want to try it or like to buy it because it is not available
to them. How would I go about doing that?

Great idea!

I suggest that you pipe it into your server for customers to download.

This is the way forward.

Go for it!

For starters... you'd have to get the permission of the soda
manufacturer. If you look closely, almost all consumer products have
"not for resale" written somewhere on the label.

You can't re-sell someone else's product without their permission.

Actually, financeeco-ga, a few products say not "labeled for
individual sale" because they were part of a larger package which have
proper FDA labels while the individual items do not. Not many
products have this. If you own it, you can sell it. (Software
differs. You license software, but do not take ownership.) If you
buy the soda, you own the soda and can do as you please with it, as
long as you violate now laws. Resale is not generally illegal.

Even the 12 packs of this brand of soda do not say "not for individual
resale" on them. They are as plain as they were in 1884, as far as i
kno :D
