I just got a Dell 71" flat panel monitor (1704FPV) and it has 4 USB
ports on it. I connected the USB cable to the CPU. Of the two side
ports one gives me an error when I try to connect an external drive to
it "usb mass storage device has exceeded the power limits of its hub
port" I don't have nything else plugged in and the same drive works on
the other USB port. Not a big deal, but I was wondering if there is a
fix for this.

I just noticed that two of the ports work and the other two don't. The
two that don't were giving me the error message, but not anymore.
Nothing happens when I plug into them.
