Multi-Part Question.
I won a judgment against an individual whom is now gainfully self employed and a
homeowner in Plano TX. The judgment is the result of a civil action
filed in District Court, Arapahoe Count, Denver Colorado back in 1986.
I'm thinking this judgment may have become stale after 10 years.
Can it be succeesfully refiled in Texas after all these years?
At what cost?
Can a lien be placed on this individuals primary residence if it's a homestead?
Can you give me the names and approximate fees of three very
aggressive collection attorneys or collection agencies in Plano?
Lastly what are my chances of collecting given the fact that this
individual has additioanl assets besides his residence?
