But the third question is easiest to answer: yes, yellow: cats for sure and some reptiles, I believe. I don't think the "yellow" in the eyes of persons with jaundice count as an eye-color for humans. Did it ever occur to you that the word "iris" for a part of the eye says something about the eyes of the people who initially used the expression? |

Brown eyes are most common for hummans followed by blue. Some of the other colors are somewhat debatable and can change with lighting conditions, state of health etc. Reasonably accurate estimates should be possible. Neil |
