Hi, thank you for submitting your question to Google Answers, I hope I
can provide the information you are seeking.

If you can?t find the diagram in a bookstore or library and the dealer
won?t sell you a service manual, www.alldata.com is the premier online
service for such information. A single vehicle subscription is $25
which gives you access to all publically-available diagnostic
information and diagrams for one vehicle (extra vehicles $15 per
year).

Alldata includes:
?Subscriptions Include: Factory Recall and Technical Service Bulletins (TSB)
This information addresses safety, reliability, performance and
comfort related problems with your car. Also provides fixes for common
problems and updated factory repair procedures
Illustrated Diagnosis and Repair Procedures
OEM Part Numbers Diagnostic Charts and Trouble Codes
Component Locations and Diagrams
Factory Maintenance Schedules and more?

The reason I am making this a clarification request is because I can?t
tell if the actual data you need is in alldata without purchasing a
subscription for your particular vehicle (including the year since
there are minor differences). Currently alldata only goes through 2003
and you didn?t specify a year.

If you go the alldata route and find what you need (the $25 should be
well worth it anyway for a vehicle you are doing such major work on),
let me know and I will repost this as an answer.

I have personally used alldata to diagnose an obscure electronic
ignition problem with a Volvo and it was extremely detailed and
accurate.

If you are looking for a completely free online source (you didn't
specify) I doubt you will find one with enough detail to help.

Thank you again for turning to Google Answers for your research needs.

Never mind, I was able to cross-reference the years the Rubicon was
available and alldata doesn't appear to list that particular vehicle
so it is unlikely alldata would have the specific dana information you
need.

I have a Rubicon and have found the folks at this website
http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/index.php to be a wealth of
information. Without a doubt someone on one of the forums (most likely
the TJ forum) would be able to answer your question.
