Question was basically a site where others could 'DOWNLOAD'.
Checked only a couple but found no download option.
Can you identify non-AOL sites which permit others to download the photos you post?
Do not use AOL so their feature is not available to me.

To download photos, right-click on any J-PEG file and select "Save
Picture As". This will allow you to save it to your hard drive (thus
downloading it).
