This came on a pop-up as a TMP and it is saved in My Docs. Should I install this ?

If you don't know where is came from of what it does and it seems to
have just "appeared" then by all means DO NOT RUN OR EXECUTE IT. I
would sugest you move it or archive it somewhere IN CASE you need it. 
This is just to be on the safe side... it perhaps should be deleted in
the future.   You should also be running an UPDATED virus scanner. If
you are not or just not sure you should visit www.trendmicro.com and
run the free "housecall" virus scanner.

Also you should run an updated spyware remover such as Ad-aware
(www.lavasoftusa.com) or Spybot (www.safer-networking.org).
