Thanks for the suggestion to contact Miller Nurseries.  Unfortunately
they do not ship any of their products to Canada.  The reason probably
is that they would need what is called a phytosanitary certificate
from US Government Officials in order to ship to Canada, and the cost
of this certificate increases the cost of the product greatly.
