Find the transverse displacement at the free end and the difference in
the deflection of B and D (without computing the deflection of B and D
and subtracting) using principle of virtual work.

point A is fixed at the wall and B and D are the midpoints of AC and
CE, respectively. The total length of the bar is l There is a
torsional spring, constant k, at point C conecting
bars AC and CE.  There is also a negative vertical force ,F, at E. I
would like full explination on how to work this problem.  If at all
possible I would like this answer ASAP please.
