What is the correct term for web sites that use abbreviations and phonetics in their titles? e.g: 4V1ULOVE (a really good site selling very special hand made greeting cards) If a proper literary term does not exist can I suggest "KISASS" [Keep It Short And Sweet Stupid]. can a new term be patented and does anyone else have any ideas/suggestions? |

You cannot patent the name of a website. You might be able to trademark it, however. |
