I have a couple of questions regarding a last will and testament.

1. I created a will a couple of years ago using pcwills.com and I am
just getting around to officially signing and notarizing. I noticed
that the site pcwills.com is no longer in business. So, my question
is: Has there been any published or anecdotal evidence that wills
generated by pcwills.com are not valid or legal?

2. What do I have to do now to make my will valid in Pennsylvania
(e.g. sign, notarize, two witnesses, which forms)?

A quick answer is appreciated. Thank you

If you have enough assets to be concerned, use a real lawyer.

As an alternative, check out nolo.com for the best inexpensive legal
advice on the planet.

I don't necessarily agree with his policies or ethics, but you can
find PA-specific info at

You might also want to know that there was a recent change to the
marriage laws in PA, specifically the common law marriage is no longer
recognized.

If you consider this a sufficient answer for a $12 question, let me know.

Thank you for the interest siliconsamurai, but this is not an answer
to either of my 2 questions.
Please see the original question to see what I am looking for:

Has there been any published or anecdotal evidence that wills
generated by pcwills.com are not valid or legal?

What do I have to do now to make my will valid in Pennsylvania
(e.g. sign, notarize, two witnesses, which forms)?

No problem Research - please note that you are NOT being charged for
what I provided.

Perhaps your clarification will make it easier for another researcher
to provide what you need.

Best wishes,
siliconsamurai.
