I would like to know only the best rated and most reputable tattoo
parlors in Mexico City.  I would like the names of each parlor as well
as it's telephone/address information.  Please provide each parlors
ranking as to how good of a parlor it is, as well as how good their
artists are.

I had my first and so far only tattoo done by an artist at La Rana
Roja in San Cristobal de Las Casas, Chiapas. The parlor was
recommended to me by a friend in Oaxaca City, where I was staying
before I went down south. The artist's name was Karroņa, and he dealt
beautifully with the image I brought him (a proton NMR of a nautilus
shell), reducing it and tracing it perfectly onto my calf, with
shading, within about an hour. I had been in the mountains for five
days and hadn't eaten much that morning, so, knowing the score, he
brought a coca-cola when I started greying out. It's lovely work, I'm
very happy with it, and he gave me his card with the address of the
parlor he works at in D.F., so I'll pass it along, just as written.
