I'm interested in evaluating the competitive market for a company that
provides billing services for dentists and hygienists who perform
dentistry in a nursing home environment and are paid using Medicare
and Medicaid.  I don't need an explanation of the law, rather, I would
like to see a list of Texas dental providers who provide this nursing
home service, as much information as available about the principals
involved in each company, number of nursing home residents currently
being serviced by dentsits, lawsuits/complaints filed against
dentists/companies engaged in nursing home dentistry and anything else
that might be helpful in evaluating the current market for a billing
company who wants to focus entirely on dentists and hygienists
performing these services. (For your reference, Texas Medicare and
Medicaid pays for medical care and emergency dental care, but doesn't
pay for routine dental care.  The State of Texas requires a yearly
oral exam, cancer screening etc, that must be paid out of the applied
income of the resident.)
