I have heard there is a sugar that has no sweetness but maintains the
physical properties of regular sugar. What is this substance?

yes........that's right,i think.......
For example: the simple sugar or what it called has almost no
sweetness and differ from the sugar we eat.....
and on the contrary there are some kinds of sugar that has sweetness
but not has the physical properties of sugar we eat.....these kinds
for the people who have diseases...........
