I want to create a windows internet site on a dedicated server.
1. I plan to use Windows Server 2003. Do I need to purchase External
Connector for Windows 2003? In other words, do I need to get CALs for
everybody that accesses the site? or does IIS takeof this?

2. I need to implement SQL Server Std. Do I need to also buy the SQL
SErver Internet Connector? Again, are Internet users of the site
identified as distinct users to SQL Server?
