Without trying to be politically correct, doesn't addiction result more from using the stuff and that from the social environment, regardless of skin color? Whether or not there is a biological difference that accounted for a greater succeptibility to addiction - one way or the other - I think the social factor is going to be paramount in any statistics. |

I too am aware of that reference but for personal reasons at this time I can not get to my library and that is why I sought the assistance of Google researchers. |
