Could this be "Cosmo Color" rather than "Cosno"?

I need to figure out conso's colors into the pantone system. To
(dye)fabric for a job my dyeing factory only works with pantone color.
It is a few rooms which i am remodling. They want to use conso's
product.

conso's website is www.conso.com

Have you considered just sending the dyers a Cosno color card (or 2 or
3), and letting them match it. After all, they're the pros...!

Hello,
Pantone makes a color reader (color cue) that is capable of giving you
the pantone number for any color you place the reader over. You then
can verify the color using pantone chips or color books. Once located
provide your customer lab dips (test strips) for approval.

You can find the color reader here
