Well ... I couldn't get ANY of the methods to work! Solidconvert looked the most promising but reported that the pdf document had 'Self Signing Security' and it required a password before it could proceed. Has anyone else had any success, particularly the Questioner? |

After opening the file, go to File-Document Security. Hit Display Settings. This shows you that the file does not allow copying. |
