I am going to Expo 2005 in Aichi Japan, and qualify for a "disabled
rate" ticket, which is only available at the site(not online). Because
of this, I could not reserve a free concert ticket ("love the earth
with Sarah Brightman") on April 12 because I didn't have a ticlet
already. Now I found that the reservations have "closed" as of march
15, and I am out of luck. How can I appeal this and explain my
situation to a committee for review?
