Hello mindyc

You can order a photograph of the plaster head of Toynbee by Sir
Joseph Edgar Boehm from the National Portrait Gallery in London. There
are various different options. A black and white print can cost from
£11.50 up to £47 for the 20" x 30" size. Digital images vary from
£5.50 to £17.50.

I should have added that if you mean the younger Arnold Toynbee
(Arnold Joseph Toynbee), you can also find a portrait of him at the
National Portrait Gallery:

There's one in the upper hall at my old school:
Ardingly college, Ardingly, West Sussex, England.

He used to he headmaster, and there's a boarding house named after him
(a girls' house, the lucky swine! ;-)
