distribution to the media. I have a startup travel business and am

I also pay the contributions to get added exposure
and tracking information. 

You might also consider finding a good VA or Virtual
Assistant to help you with your tasks. Good VA's 
usually have resources that they can use to do these
kinds of tasks, and they will bring a dedication to
your task that you may not have the time or energy
to deliver.
