mk1216 --

Do you know whether this person ultimately graduated from Stanford
Medical School? It may be relevant because the youngest non-wartime
*graduate* appears to have entered at about age 18 in 1972.

Hello mk1216-ga,

I found someone who entered Stanford Medical School at age 18 in 1972
and graduated at 21 in 1975. Could this be the person you're looking
for? What else can you tell me about this person? I look forward to
your clarification.

I don't believe this person (male) graduated. I don't know his name,
although it's possible he has a first name of John or Sean. 1968 is
an approximate year of entry. It could be a year or two on either
side of that date, but 1968 is close.

Could you be thinking of Dr. Stanford from the UK? He graduated at
age 16. Here's a web site on him. He died in 2000.

If this is the person you seek, I can locate additional information about him.

This person is still alive, so it's not the dr. from the UK. (I don't
know if the answer to my question is public information unless
someone's bio says specifically that they entered Stanford med school
at 16.)

mk1216-ga,

It looks as if there's not quite enough information here to really
pinpoint an answer to your question -- or even figure out if an answer
is possible.

If you can tell us just a bit more about your query -- how do you know
about it? Where did you learn about this young med student? Were
there any newspaper or TV stories that you know of that reported this?
What else can you tell us -- a name, history, or anything else that
would help in focusing our research?

Let us know all you can.
