fulfilled its roles UNBIASEDLY, i.e. benefitted DEVELOPED and
DEVELOPING nations
--also in your answer include what have been IMF's NEGATIVE EFFECTS
and any bad repercussions in countries as a result of its actions, and
also focus on the UNDERLYING effects in societies of countries NOT
JUST WHAT HAPPENED ON THE INTERNATIONAL SCENE
